Appointed Chief Executive in 2004, she has been instrumental in achieving a major strategic and cultural shift for the organisation, resulting in a significant increase in both profile and profitability over the past 5 years.
Director of Social Enterprise London, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Trustee for the Daycare Trust, June is a qualified Social Worker, with an MA in Primary & Early Childhood Studies and MBA from London South Bank University.
Passionate about children's welfare, along with equal opportunities for their learning and development, she is a champion of affordable quality childcare and education in the voluntary sector. She is additionally an avid promoter and supporter of intergenerational activities for local communities.
