Servane, founder and director of Oguntê and the Global Tribal Network (around 800 people), is dedicated to developing, promoting and connecting Women Leaders contributing to sustainable development.
An official UK Ambassador for Women in Business and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Servane was a highly commended Social Enterprise Mentor of the year by the NewStatesman-Awards in 2007. She was also given a Special Organisation Award by GWIIN, the Global Women Innovators and Inventors Network for the capacity building work and connections made to support the industry (2009)
With a background in community development, regeneration, networking strategy and social enterprise support (in the UK, Europe and South America), she has coached and connected leaders from grassroots communities up to board level. Servane and the team at Ogunte have delivered work across sectors for clients including Allergan, Packard Bell, Warner, EMI, MTV Holland, BT plc, NHS Trust, UnLtd, Adventure Capital Fund, Kuyichi, and the New Economics Foundation.
She has also contributed to the work of many non-profit organisations in Europe and overseas, such as Boca, Solidaridad, Fase and Oxfam and numerous community enterprises, to influence sustainable social change.
