Sue has over 15 years experience managing large, donor funded (e.g. ERDF, ESF, RDA’s, World Bank, etc) projects, valued at over £15 million both in the UK and overseas. These have involved setting up ongoing monitoring systems providing regular reporting of KPI’s and ensuring successful completion of development and delivery projects in fields such as workforce development, Business Angels networks and computer based training design.
Projects have been delivered through complex, local and transnational partnerships and required partnership modelling, negotiation and contracting.
Sue’s project and contract management skills have been employed by local authorities (Enfield Borough Council), consultancies (IDC, Exemplas) and charities (Raleigh International) .
