Senior Project Manager
Michelle Richmond joined SEL in May 2009 as Senior Project Manager and brings with her 10 years’ project management experience. She is a Prince2 Practitioner in project management and divides her time at SEL between programme management, process improvement, training, bid writing and project management of large projects.
She has delivered significant government contracts providing employment and capacity building for social enterprises. Michelle has worked across many sectors including Finance, Leisure, IT and Media at companies such as ING Barings, LEGO Media, AOL and Cannons Health and Fitness.
Her responsibilities have included managing large research projects, programme office set up, change management and client relationship management working as project lead on large IT projects. After training as a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher at International House, London, she spent time teaching young learners in Spain.
