SEL invites you to a technical seminar on collaborations, consortia and mergers . Social enterprises face the questions of whether to work alone or in partnership when going for contracts or bidding for grants. Richard Black from the Charities Commission will provide guidance on these topics and how to work in a collaborative manner with partners. Richard will also discuss whether collaborations, consortia and mergers help organisations to meet their own ends or the demands of commissioning bodies.
This is aimed at individuals and organisations interested in finding out about SE models and growth strategies for community organisations.
