Future Jobs Fund closes to new bids
The Department for Work and Pensions this week announced that the Future Jobs Fund would not accept any further applications.
Although this decision affects new bids and those in the pipeline, Ministers have also decided that all commitments already made, including those delayed during the pre-election period, will be met. For all organisations in receipt of grants it will be “business as usual”.
SEL is happy to report that it has already had confirmed the funding for London’s Future 500, and the programme will continue without interruption.
