Future Jobs Fund: 500 jobs created in the private sector
Responding to Iain Duncan Smith’s comment on BBC Radio 4's Today Programme this morning, Allison Ogden-Newton, Chief Executive of Social Enterprise London says “the results of the axed Future Jobs Fund programme speak for themselves: Social Enterprise London worked with 200 businesses to create an additional 500 jobs in the private sector. To date 65% of the unemployed young people who joined SEL’s Future 500 programme got a real job or returned to full time education.”
