Social enterprise chief Dai Powell appointed to chair influential disability access body
Dai Powell, Chief Executive of leading transport social enterprise HCT Group, has been appointed to become Chair of the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC). Dai’s appointment represents the first time that someone from a social enterprise or a transport operator has been chosen as Chair of this influential body. More info
