Social Enterprise London (SEL) supported by the London Development Agency (LDA) has developed an electronic Performance Measurement Tool: a strategic management tool which will serve as a simple, do-it-yourself method of measuring and managing your performance.
The Performance Measurement Tool allows organisations to analyse data to help them make decisions, track and review progress and set performance targets. It provides an uncomplicated way to link outputs and outcomes to the resources available, and will allow the organisation to articulate planned projects and targets.
