Terms and conditions
The funders of this programme have asked SEL to collect some additional information which is of a commercially or otherwise sensitive nature about the businesses which participate in this programme. The information we need to record includes basic information, such as the name of your business, the address and other contact details of your business, and equality information, such as the ethnicity, gender and disability status of the owners/controllers of your business. This information will be kept on record (in electronic and possibly paper files) by SEL and/or the funder. The information relating to the business will be shared with organisations that have agreed to use this information for the following purposes only:
- To ensure that your business is aware of events and support opportunities, including those promoted by the funders agents and the Business Link London
- For statistical analysis and reporting
- To measure the effectiveness of funders programmes.
SEL will not share this information except with the funder. The organisations with which the funder shares this information will sign an agreement that does not allow them to use your confidential information for any purpose other than those specified above. No sensitive information will be passed on to other third party organisations and it will not appear in the public domain.
