•    working through your tendering goals to ensure you are going in the right direction
•    where to look and register for tender opportunities
•    step-by-step working through a live tender
•    developing some of the policies you need to become tender-ready

Part 2 of the training focuses on key areas such as:
•    Income generation, and understanding and meeting the needs of the buyer
•    Budgeting, cash flows and managing cash flows in regards to tendering
•    Managing spreadsheets
•    Registering as a supplier to two key tendering portals
In the afternoon of day 2 choose from an outstanding selection of half-day workshops:

a) Partnerships and collaborative working – how to make them succeed

b) The devil is in the detail – understanding the requirements of the contract

c) Writing to win – how to write successful funding applications

Criteria

In order to qualify for this FREE training you need to work for or run a third sector organisation and meet the following criteria:

    * You must be either incorporated as a business or operating as a sole trader
    * You must not have received more than approx £200k in ‘state aid’ or grant funding in the last 3 years
    * If you are a charity you must be engaged in economic activity with a trading arm

Please note that proof of the above will be required.
