Social Enterprise London (SEL) represents the largest social enterprise network in the UK with over 3,000 members, linking and inspiring social enterprises in London and beyond. Over the last year, we have supported 1,500 social enterprises, created over 500 jobs and worked in nine countries. Social enterprise is a dynamic and ever-evolving success story, and social enterprise businesses in London account for 104,500 jobs and boast a combined turnover of £4 billion. Britain’s 55,000 social businesses contribute £8.4 billion per year to the economy. SEL’s story is similarly positive with individuals, businesses, organisations and government bodies contacting us every day for information that will revolutionise the way they work.
